Innovative technologies and exciting new products: Schnick-Schnack-Systems at the prolight+sound 2014

Cologne, March 2014 – With a conceptually elaborate booth architecture and a perfectly into the booth integrated video projection Schnick-Schnack-Systems welcomes the visitors at prolight+sound 2014. But the specialist for LED effect light from Cologne has especially many new things to offer in terms of new products and technologies.

The booth as a standalone light installation – that's how Schnick-Schnack-Systems presents itself at this year's prolight+sound.

The light installation is the perfect presentation surface for the products and at the same time the evidence of the expertise of the LED effect light manufacturer from Cologne. All elements on and around the booth – whether walls, ceiling or counter – arise, by the especially for the booth designed, multimedia projection a unit. The entire booth is a vibrant and lively illumination. With this booth architecture Schnick-Schnack-Systems would one thing above all: to show visitors how easy it is to easily integrate the LED system in any architecture, as well as to create complex, fascinating and dynamic interior effects.

Two new signals, many new opportunities – the Generation 3

The highlight of this year's presentation of Schnick-Schnack-Systems is the Generation 3. By the term Generation 3 Schnick-Schnack-Systems brings two new protocols - Dynamic pixel bus and Schnicknet - and LED components, system power supplies and control devices that work with these protocols together.

By introducing these two new signals the limits of classical DMX512 and ArtNet systems extended and thus the user many until now not possible, features made ​​available. In this case at any time, full compatibility with DMX, ArtNet, sCAN, DVI and SDI remains guaranteed.

The first outdoor product of Schnick-Schnack-Systems in Series

Following the tremendous success at LDI in Las Vegas and the ISE in Amsterdam Schnick-Schnack-Systems presents the Outdoor profile C50 now at prolight+sound. With the Profil C50 Schnick-Schnack-Systems adopts a new direction. It is the first light of the Cologne LED-specialist purely for outdoor use.  It is the only profile on the market that is compatible with all major protocols: DMX, S3-DPB, Artnet, sACN, DVI and SDI. It has feedback functions for temperature, voltage, data and fault of LEDs. The LEDs are located under a polymer casting that is both UV stable, durable and conforms to protection class IP67.

Multimedia recordable ceiling easily and inexpensivel

Another new feature at the ISE is the C-Dot. It creates new free design options and is a simple, inexpensive solution for unique, video recordable ceiling and wall surfaces. The calibrated individual dots can be fitted with a freely selectable grid easily with either a hole or profiles on a substrate. The combination of C-dots with acrylic rods can easily make a variety of new forms, which can be played with a variety of video content, and thus creates unique lighting effects.

The Prolight + Sound, which takes place from 12 to 3/15/2014 in Frankfurt, combines as a leading international trade fair the fields of event and communication technology, AV-Production and Entertainment, system integration and media technology to the largest industry event worldwide. It is considered the first important decision fair for the coming year.
